The Tragic Story of Warren Johnson

Warren Johnson was an OPBA member and a corrections officer in Cuyahoga County. He tragically passed away last month at age 45.

His widow, Shakira, believes he would still be here if he was given the proper accommodations at work.

This is Warren's story.

OPBA Member Assistance Program
NEW MEMBER BENEFIT The OPBA is very concerned with the mental and physical well being of our members. It is obvious-now more than ever-that job related trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance abuse is an issue that needs to be immediately addressed.
