  • Annette J. Elam retired as a Corrections Officer on 11/30/2016 with 15 years of service.

  • Janie Kain retired as a Corrections Officer on 7/30/2016 with 25 plus years of service.
  • Kevin R. English retired as Patrol Sergeant on 12/31/2016 with 25 years of service.

  • Donald W. Sherrill retired as a Patrolman on 9/23/2016 with 32 years of service.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office

  • Mark E. Worley retired as a Deputy Sergeant on 10/31/2016 with 28 ½ years of service.
  • Sandra S. Beery retired as a Security Officer on May 27, 2016 with 33 years of service.

  • Glen K. McGraw retired as a Sergeant on 10/1/2016 with 31 plus years of service. Glen started his career on 4/8/1985 and was promoted to Sergeant on 2/11/1991.  Congratulations and Best Wishes.

  • James C. Burger retired as a Patrolman on 6/20/2016 with 25 years of service.

  • Pamela M. Kempton retired as a Corrections Officer on 9/30/2016 with 10 plus years of service.

  • Milton J. Kellerman retired as a Sergeant on 9/1/2016 with 34 years of service.

  • James Wilcox retired as a Detective Sergeant on 5/1/2016 with 25 years of service.

Wood County Sheriff’s Office

  • James E. Kimble retired as a Sergeant on 5/8/2016 with 26.9 years of service.

Youngstown

  • Richard T. Baldwin retired as a Police Officer on 11/18/2016 with 33 years of service. In 2008 he was an Honorable Mention of the Prestigious “TOP COPS” Award, hosted by the National Association of Police Organization (NAPO).  In 2009 he received the Ohio Distinguished Law Enforcement Award pretend by the Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray.  In 2011 and 2012 awarded Officer of the Year presented by Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, Department of Ohio (Ralph Arms/Larry Thall).  In 2014 received Officer of the Year by the Mahoning County Mental Health Board Crisis Intervention Team (CIT).  He was also award Youngstown Police Departments Award for Medal of Valor and a four-time recipient of the Police Departments Life Saving Award.  Congratulations and Thank you for your service. 
  • Robert R. Patton retired as Narcotics Investigator on 1/20/2017 with 35 years of service.
