  • James E. Kimble retired as a Sergeant on 5/8/2016 with 26.9 years of service.

Youngstown

  • Richard T. Baldwin retired as a Police Officer on 11/18/2016 with 33 years of service. In 2008 he was an Honorable Mention of the Prestigious “TOP COPS” Award, hosted by the National Association of Police Organization (NAPO).  In 2009 he received the Ohio Distinguished Law Enforcement Award pretend by the Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray.  In 2011 and 2012 awarded Officer of the Year presented by Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, Department of Ohio (Ralph Arms/Larry Thall).  In 2014 received Officer of the Year by the Mahoning County Mental Health Board Crisis Intervention Team (CIT).  He was also award Youngstown Police Departments Award for Medal of Valor and a four-time recipient of the Police Departments Life Saving Award.  Congratulations and Thank you for your service. 
  • Robert R. Patton retired as Narcotics Investigator on 1/20/2017 with 35 years of service.
